Reorder, rotate and delete PDF pages by dragging thumbnails
Drop a PDF to see every page as a thumbnail. Drag pages into a new order, turn sideways scans the right way up, delete blank or unwanted pages, duplicate a page, or insert the pages of another PDF — then save the result as a new file. Everything happens in your browser: the PDF is never uploaded, and pages are copied without re-rendering, so text and images keep their full quality.
How to reorder and rotate PDF pages
- Drop a PDF on the page or choose one.
- Drag a page thumbnail to its new place. Select several pages (click, then Shift-click for a run) to move, rotate or delete them together.
- Use the buttons on each page to rotate it left or right, duplicate it or delete it. Changed your mind? Press Undo or Ctrl/⌘ + Z.
- Press Download PDF to save the organized file, or send it to Compress PDF.
What you can do
- Reorder
- Drag pages, or a whole selection, anywhere in the document. The arrow buttons move a page one place at a time, which also works by keyboard and on touch screens.
- Rotate
- Turn pages a quarter turn left or right. The rotation is stored in the PDF the standard way, so no page is re-rendered.
- Delete and duplicate
- Remove blank, duplicate or confidential pages, or copy a page to repeat it. Delete removes all selected pages at once.
- Insert
- Add the pages of another PDF at the end, then drag them where they belong.
- Reverse
- Flip the whole page order — handy for a stack that was scanned back to front.
Quality stays exactly the same
The saved PDF is built by copying the original pages, not by turning them into images. Text remains selectable and searchable, fonts and vector graphics stay sharp, and links on the pages keep working. Bookmarks and fillable form fields belong to the document as a whole and are not carried over to the new file.
Private, free, offline
Your PDF is opened with pdf.js and rewritten with pdf-lib inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account or watermark, and once loaded the tool keeps working without an internet connection.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I rearrange pages in a PDF?
- Drop the PDF into the organizer and drag the page thumbnails into the order you want, then press Download PDF to save the reordered file.
- How do I rotate a PDF and save it?
- Use the rotate buttons on a page, or select several pages and rotate them together, then download. The rotation is saved in the new PDF, so it opens the right way up in every reader.
- How do I delete pages from a PDF?
- Click the bin on a page, or select several pages and press Delete selected (or the Delete key). Then download the PDF without them.
- Can I add pages from another PDF?
- Yes. Drop another PDF into the Insert box below the pages. Its pages are added at the end, and you can drag them into place.
- Is my file uploaded?
- No. The PDF is processed entirely in your browser and never leaves your device.
- Will rotating or reordering reduce quality?
- No. Pages are copied as they are, not re-rendered, so the text, images and links stay exactly as in the original.
- Can I undo a change?
- Yes. Every reorder, rotation, deletion and insertion can be undone with the Undo button or Ctrl/⌘ + Z.
