Pack Camo has no server, so it has no contact form either. Email works better anyway: it comes straight to me, and I can reply with questions.
For anything: bugs, ideas, questions, or to say the tool helped. I usually reply within a few days.
Reporting a bug
The most useful report says what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Include the tool you were using, the browser and operating system, and the error message if one was shown. If you can share a file that reproduces the problem, that turns a guess into a fix; if the file is private, a description of its format and rough size still helps.
Remember that files never reach me through the site, so a report without an example file can only be investigated from the description.
Requesting a format or a feature
Tell me what you are trying to do rather than only the feature you have in mind: the best answer is sometimes a different one. New formats are considered on whether a solid open-source codec exists for them and whether the conversion can run sensibly within a browser's memory.
Translation corrections
The site is available in thirteen languages, and a native speaker will always spot things a translator missed. Send the page, the wrong text and the text you would use instead, and it will be fixed in the next release.
A note on privacy
Anything you email me is handled as described in the privacy policy: kept only for as long as the conversation needs, and never shared.
